I’m Tamara Rochelle and I help busy women like you take back control of their time, energy, and life.
I created the Reclaim Your Time Toolkit because I was you: overbooked, overwhelmed, and always putting myself last. Between raising four kids, building a career, and being the “strong one” for everybody else, I put my goals and dreams on the back burner.
Now, I use my voice, personal journey, and 25+ years of professional achievement and experience to empower other women to stop waiting for the “perfect moment” and start taking bold, imperfect action toward the life they truly want.
